Flooring only looks as good as what is underneath it. We prep the subfloor first, every time.

We install two systems: wood flooring (engineered and solid hardwood) and LVP, luxury vinyl plank. That includes removing the old floor, hauling off the debris, leveling and patching the subfloor, moisture testing where it matters, and fixing the flat spots that cause hollow-sounding floors and lifted plank later on.

Wood flooring goes down with the correct layout and stagger, proper spacing for expansion, clean and consistent seams, and the right transitions at doorways. LVP goes down waterproof where it meets moisture, and trim is reinstalled so it sits down properly instead of riding up on the new floor.
