Base Before Finish
Compacted base and a formed, reinforced pour. Everything you see on top of it depends on this.
Level Checked Twice
Once before the pour, once after. A floor off by a quarter inch is felt across a whole room.
Joints Where They Belong
Control joints cut on a planned layout, not cracked wherever the slab decided to go.
Scribed, Not Gapped
Trim measured on site and cut to fit out-of-plumb walls so the joint actually closes.
Daily Cleanup
Site tidied at the end of every working day, debris hauled off at the end of the job.
Joint Final Walk
We walk it with you and close out the punch list before payment. No callbacks you have to chase.
