Why Call Us Instead

Ten Years of Hands-On Work, Not Handing It Off.

Legacy Premier Builders LLC is a small, hands-on crew focused on four things: concrete, interior trim and finish carpentry, flooring, and exterior carpentry. We do the work ourselves, we show up when we say we will, and we clean up before we leave.

  • You talk to the person doing the workNo call center, no account manager, no subcontractor you have never heard of showing up on your driveway.
  • Priced before we start, not afterIf your subfloor needs work before flooring goes down, you see that on the estimate — not on an invoice.
  • Small jobs welcomeOne room of trim or a single section of floor is a real job to us, and it gets the same attention as a full pour.

Exterior Carpentry & Outside Work

The Outside Of The House Is Wood Too.

Everything on the inside of your home gets cut and fitted the same way the outside does. Weather exposure is harder on wood, so the prep and the fastening matter more, not less.

  • SidingRepairs, replacement panels and re-fitting loose courses back where they belong.
  • Exterior TrimCorners, casing, frieze and the trim details that frame every opening.
  • FasciaRotted fascia replaced and squared so the drip edge actually sheds water.
  • SoffitVented and closed soffit repaired, replaced and fitted to the rafter line.
  • ColumnsPorch and entry columns built, wrapped, capped and plumbed back up.
  • Deck RepairsSoft spots, loose boards, framing checks and post repairs without tearing the whole deck out.
  • Deck CarpentryFraming, joists, decking and stairs built or rebuilt the right way.
  • Cable RailsCable railing systems fitted to code-height, tensioned and anchored properly.
  • RailingsWood, composite and metal rails repaired or replaced on decks, porches and steps.
  • FencesBoard, picket and privacy fence built, re-posted and re-hung where it has sagged.
  • Exterior Wood RepairsRot, insect damage and weathered trim cut out and replaced with sound material.
  • Other Exterior Carpentry & Trim WorkIf it is wood on the outside of the house and it needs to be straight, tight and square, that is the job.

How We Work

The Parts Nobody Sees Are the Parts That Matter.

A driveway that drains and a floor that does not sound hollow are not finishing touches. They are the whole job, done correctly.

01
Base and subfloor firstProper base preparation and compaction for concrete; level, patched and tested subfloor for flooring.
02
Measured, not guessedEvery run of trim gets measured on site, so joints close and lines run straight on walls that are not.
03
Curing and protection scheduledConcrete gets the cure time it needs, and finished floors get walked on only when it is safe to.
04
Cleaned before we leaveJobsite cleaned at the end of every day, and haul-off of the old flooring and debris included.

How It Works

From First Call to Final Cleanup.

Four stages, no surprises. Here is exactly what working with Legacy Premier looks like.

01

Talk It Through

Send a photo or call us. We look at the existing conditions and tell you whether it is a job for us.

02

Walk & Price

We measure the job, check the base or subfloor, and put a written scope and price in writing.

03

Do The Work

The same crew every day, a clean site each evening, and a call before anything unexpected happens.

04

Walk It With You

We go through the finished job together, close out any punch items, and haul off the debris.

Before You Ask

Questions We Get Every Week.

Straight answers up front. If yours is not here, send it with your estimate request and we will reply in writing.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The walkthrough, the measurements and the written estimate cost nothing and there is no obligation to hire us. If we decide the job is not a good fit for us, we will say so.
How soon can you start?
Most single-trade jobs start within two to three weeks of signing off. Full remodels are scheduled around material lead times, and we give you a real date rather than a hopeful one.
Do you handle small jobs?
Yes. One room of baseboards, a single section of LVP or a set of steps is a real job to us and gets the same crew and the same cleanup as a full pour.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Yes. The site is tidied at the end of every working day, and haul-off of the old flooring, formwork and debris is included in the price.
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry general liability coverage and can provide documentation on request. If a job needs a trade-specific license in your municipality, we will tell you before we start.
What happens if something is different than expected?
We stop, show you, and tell you what it costs before we do anything further. Anything we find that was not visible during the walkthrough gets quoted separately before work continues.
