We Look Before We Quote
We check the existing conditions properly — base and drainage for concrete, subflat and moisture for flooring, and the wall behind the trim. The estimate reflects what is actually there.
Serving Summerville, Charleston, North Charleston, Goose Creek, Beaufort, Bluffton and surrounding areas in South Carolina.
Legacy Premier Builders LLC has more than ten years of hands-on experience in concrete work, interior trim and finish carpentry, flooring installation, and exterior carpentry. Those four trades cover most of what we do, and doing fewer things well is the entire point. Concrete work — driveways, patios, slabs, steps, walkways and repair — is set properly, finished properly, and left to cure the way it should. Trim and finish carpentry is measured, cut and fitted so the joints close and the lines run straight. Flooring is prepped correctly before a single plank of wood or LVP is laid, which is the only reason a floor looks right a year later. Exterior carpentry — siding, soffit, decks, railings and fences — is flashed and fastened for weather, not just made to look right on install day. We are not a general contractor running a dozen different trades at once. You get the people who actually do the work, on your job, and a straight answer about what your project really needs.
Four rules we do not bend, whether it is a full driveway replacement or one room of trim.
We check the existing conditions properly — base and drainage for concrete, subflat and moisture for flooring, and the wall behind the trim. The estimate reflects what is actually there.
The person measuring your job is the person doing your job. No account manager relaying messages, no subcontractor you have never spoken to.
Compacted base, control joints, level subfloor, scribed trim. The invisible work is the part that decides whether the visible work lasts.
One room of baseboards or a single section of floor gets the same attention and the same cleanup as a full driveway replacement.
Call or send photos. We look at what you sent and tell you straight away whether it is a job for us.
We come out, measure properly, check the base or subfloor, and talk through materials and options.
You get a written scope with the work, the materials and the price broken out — including anything that needs doing first.
Same crew each day, site cleaned every evening, then a joint walkthrough before we call it done.
We are not a franchise and we are not a lead-generation site. We are a small crew who live within driving distance of the work, and we take on what we can do properly.
Concrete work is weather-sensitive and finish carpentry is detail-sensitive. Both need the right prep, the right tools and someone paying attention on the day.
Excavation, base material, compaction and grading for flatwork that drains and lasts.
Every pour and every run of trim checked against a real level, not eyeballed.
Broom, trowel and stamped finishes, with control joints cut to spec.
Old material removed and disposed of unless you want it left on site.
Subfloor moisture checked before any flooring goes down.
Floors, counters and remaining rooms covered before a single tool comes out.
Most of our jobs are within a 40-mile drive of the shop. That keeps scheduling honest and means we are on site when we say we will be.
